E! News reports that the 'Milkshake' star is pregnant, with the rumours sparked by a recent public appearance.
The 36-year-old - who hasn't officially confirmed the news - performed at the Afropunk Festival in Brooklyn, New York over the weekend, wearing a bright pink dress.
Kelis gave birth to her first son Knight back in 2009. The star says her faith helped her through the birth.
