Last month, former AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd was sentenced to eight months of house detention, after pleading guilty to threatening to kill and possession of drugs.

Almost a month later, Rudd has found himself in trouble with the law once again, this time claiming that he never broke the detention rules by leaving his house.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, a New Zealand judge said Rudd could remain in home confinement on bail until November, when a bearing will be carried out for the alleged breach.

The musician could face further sanctions or even jail time if found guilty.

After a hearing on Monday (August 3), reporters asked Rudd whether he felt nervous, to which he replied: "No, the only thing I'm nervous about is I don't actually know what's going on."

The 60-year-old is accused of threatening to kill and possession of drugs - both of which he pleaded guilty to.

The maximum sentence for threatening to kill is seven years in jail, while possession of cannabis carries a sentence of three months and methamphetamine possession six months.
