The note for an Adam Sandler movie asked actresses to "understand the context" of their scenes and wear a "form fitting tank" to show off their cleavage.
"There's like 'dickery' as I call it [in Hollywood], where they're stuck in this Mad Men / Entourage era and it's just boring and it's kind of embarrassing," she explained to Nylon.
"It's old-fashioned and it's like, face palm, it's like, that's not what's going on now in the world, you've gotta change. If film is our number one export, be careful with what we're putting out there because you can do a lot of damage."
The actress - who was fired by her agent following the call out - added that she wants "to promote thinking a little bit".
