One Direction's Liam Payne has revealed he once kissed Zayn Malik.

The 'Steal My Girl' singer said that Malik "just leaned forward" and kissed him after he encouraged the tryst.

"I ended up kissing Zayn once," Payne told We Love Pop. "Zayn was like, 'Come on then, come on', putting his head close to me.

"It was like when you're going to have a fight. Then he just leaned forward and kissed me."

In the interview, the band were asked about which bandmate they would kiss in 'a life or death situation'.

Harry Styles replied: "I can't answer that. I genuinely can't."

Meanwhile, Louis Tomlinson added: "I'd probably snog all the guys, to be honest."
