Rosie O'Donnell is leaving The View.
O'Donnell will use the time to focus on her family, following her split from Michelle Rounds.
O'Donnell re-joined the show last September after leaving abruptly in 2007 following an on-air argument with fellow co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
ABC said that they respected and understood O'Donnell's decision to leave.
"Rosie is an immensely talented star who comes in each and every morning brimming with ideas, excitement and passion for the show," a spokesperson said.
"When she told us that she wanted to exit The View, we respected and understood her desire to put her well-being and her family first.
