New Kids on the Block singer Donnie posted a photo of himself and McCarthy on Twitter, adding that the newlywed couple were in "heaven".
Actor Mark Wahlberg was unable to attend Sunday's ceremony due to a prior commitment, but wished his brother and McCarthy well in an Instagram video.
The couple became engaged in April, with McCarthy announcing the news on The View.
She revealed that Donnie proposed with a yellow sapphire engagement ring, and teamed up with McCarthy's 11-year-old son Evan Asher to plan the surprise.
