X-Men director Bryan Singer has filed papers to dismiss a second teen sex abuse case.
Singer was accused of abusing an anonymous British actor - identified only as 'John Doe 117' - but in the motion filed in LA on Thursday (July 3), he claims that the suit is unfounded.
The director is also seeking a $300,000 bond to cover litigation costs, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Singer previously filed a motion against Michael Egan, who accused him and three Hollywood executives of sexually abusing him in 1999, stating he was never in Hawaii with Egan when the plaintiff claimed to have been abused.
A hearing for the motions is set for August 18.
