Tracy Morgan no longer critical, upgraded to fair condition

Tracy Morgan is now in fair condition, after being involved in a serious car accident last week.

The 30 Rock star was taken to hospital in critical condition on June 7, after the limousine he was in was overturned in a pile-up.

Another passenger in the vehicle was killed, while Morgan suffered numerous injuries including a broken leg, femur, nose and ribs.

As of Thursday (June 12), a rep for the actor revealed that he was improving post-surgery.

Now, according to a new statement, the actor's rep has reported that his condition is now stable.

"Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement," the statement reads.

"His personality is certainly starting to come back as well."

Kevin Roper, the truck driver charged with causing the accident, recently pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide and assault by auto.
