By The fifth episode of Gervais's series in 2005 featured Maggie (Ashley Jensen) mistaking Jackson - playing himself - for The Matrix actor Fishburne.
Earlier this week, the Avengers actor was congratulated on his "Super Bowl commercial" - starring Fishburne - by KTLA's entertainment anchor Sam Rubin.
Gervais noted that this is the third moment that Extras has correctly predicted, following Kate Winslet's Oscar win and Lionel Blair's participation in Celebrity Big Brother.

Last month, Gervais pointed out his show's fortune-telling nature, joking that Ross Kemp will now "knock out a horse".
