The former All Saints singer, who split from husband Liam Gallagher earlier this year after five years of marriage, posted a message on her Twitter feed this week that appeared to reference her turbulent personal life.

In the three-point post, Appleton said that she had learned people will "take advantage" of kind behaviour, that she will "get talked about, left out, used, and even lied to" and that "even the people you care about most can walk out of your life".
Appleton's friend Myleene Klass was the first to reply to the message, posting: "@Nicole_Appleton 2013 kicked you in the arse, 2014 will show you how kick arse YOU are. The universe did you a massive favour. Promise. Xxxx."
Klass went through her own public break-up with former bodyguard Graham Quinn last year, when her partner of 11 years left suddenly after six months of marriage.
Last month, Appleton's former boyfriend Robbie Williams said that he felt sad about the breakdown of her marriage to Gallagher, as the 39-year-old former popstar "deserves to be in a good place".
