Victoria Beckham's wedding tiara is to be auctioned off.

Victoria borrowed the custom-designed tiara, created by jewellery designer Slim Barrett, to wear when she married husband David Beckham in 1999.

It is estimated to sell for between £18,000 and £25,000 when it goes up for auction at Bonham's on December 5.

Barrett said: "We've had over 10 years of brilliant time with that tiara and we're on the next step of our journey. It's a modern icon. We've had loads of people asking us to do things with it before but it's never been right, so we've always held onto it."

The tiara has previously been exhibited at the Victoria and Albert Museum as part of the '100 Tiaras, Past and Present' exhibition. It was also included as part of the 'Diamond Divas' exhibition at The Diamond Museum in Antwerp.
