Michelle Heaton has announced that she is expecting her second child with husband Hugh Hanley.
She described the pregnancy as a "shock", adding that it is a "very exciting time" for her family.
The singer - who gave birth to her daughter Faith in January 2012 - underwent a double mastectomy in November last year.
She made the decision to have the surgery after discovering that she has a mutation of the BRCA2 gene, which carries an 80% chance of developing cancer.
The 34-year-old announced the news on Twitter, posting: "I am thrilled to announce I am @OK_Magazine new health & fitness columnist .. & guess what? I get to blog about my pregnancy .. ; ) ....
