Carole and Michael Middleton were pictured arriving at St Mary's Hospital to visit the Duchess of Cambridge and their newborn grandson in Paddington, London this afternoon (July 23).
Catherine and Prince William welcomed their first child into the world at 4.24pm - weighing 8lb 6oz - on Monday (July 22), with an official announcement given by press release prior to being displayed at the gates of Buckingham Palace.
Carole arrived at the Lindo Wing wearing a summery floral dress, while Michael wore a navy blazer and pair of chinos. The pair stopped and smiled at the hordes of photographers and world's press assembled outside.
A member of the royal household was later seen entering the hospital with a baby car seat.
Carole told reporters: "He's absolutely beautiful. We're so thrilled."
She also noted that both parents are "doing well", but when asked if she knew the name of the baby, she replied, "Absolutely not."
