Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a New York photographer after she hit him with her car.
Giovanni Arnold claims the actress drove her car into his knees as he tried to take a picture of her in March, and is now starting legal proceedings against Lohan.
Arnold is alleging that he "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries" in the incident, and is still having medical treatment as a result.
He submitted the legal papers to a New York court last week, seeking compensation for loss of income and personal injuries.
Nobody from Lohan's representation has yet released a statement regarding the issue.
