One of the striking shots shows the 39-year-old with just a giant pink bow and her hand covering her chest.
Other shots feature her sporting a hippie-vibe with a long crimped mane, flowers in her hair and shading her face with a large hat.
The various issues celebrate 20 years since Kate's first cover back in 1993.
