The singer tweeted the image of her giving a thumbs-up behind the wheel with the sex doll riding in the passenger seat.
The former Disney star also described the item as "a nice Xmas gift".
Cyrus tweeted: "Does this count for the carpool lane? Such a nice Xmas gift."
