To All the Boys I've Loved Before heartthrob Noah Centineo is looking worlds away from the Peter Kavinsky Lara Jean fell in love with, but he's rocking his new look nonetheless.

Noah, who is set to appear in Worlds of DC's Black Adam, has shed the beachy waves that we're used to – quite literally – with the actor now showing off a completely shaved head.

And not only is Noah now sporting a buzz cut, he's also the proud owner of a skull tattoo, which many fans are seeing for the first time.

Centineo unveiled his new look on Instagram Stories yesterday (August 24), giving followers a glimpse of the bear tattoo on the side of his head while driving his car.

Elsewhere, as Black Adam prepares for release later this year, Noah recently opened up about taking on the "special" role of Albert Rothstein, aka Atom Smasher.

Revealing just how "awesome" it is to play a superhero, Noah told /Film at this year's Comic-Con: "In the comic books and in the films, too, that have come out, you get to see fully formed, fully functioning superheroes in their adult forms for the most part.

"Not all the time, obviously. But to be able to step into this as a young meta-human learning what it means to be a superhero, it feels special."

He added: "It feels unique, and it certainly is a bit of a different story."

The uniqueness of Black Adam's story was confirmed last month, when director Jaume Collet-Serra confirmed that neither Shazam nor Superman will be making an appearance in the Dwayne Johnson-led epic.

Black Adam is released in cinemas on October 21.
