Michael Clarke Duncan's cause of death has been revealed.
The Oscar nominee passed away on September 3, several weeks after he suffered a severe heart attack from which he did not recover.
The LA County coroner previously confirmed that Duncan died of natural causes, but a more concrete cause has been released in his death certificate.
Duncan apparently suffered from respiratory failure and a heart attack amongst a variety of other ailments.
An irregular heartbeat and sarcoidosis were also contributing factors to his death, according to TMZ.
A public memorial for Duncan was held on Sunday (September 9) at Forest Lawn cemetery in the Hollywood Hills. Duncan's family held a private funeral on Monday (September 10).
