Former Bachelorette star Trista Sutter is to write a marriage advice book, it has been announced.
Sutter has inked a deal with Da Capo Press to share her strategies on finding happiness in relationships as well as in work.
Happily Ever After: The Life Changing Power of a Grateful Heart will be released in the fall of 2013.
"For years, I've thought of writing a book, but it never felt right and I never wanted to write a book just to write a book or see myself on the cover," Sutter told USA Today. "I wanted it to have meaning and be something that I could speak to authentically.
"A way to touch people, but not purely the fans who may want to read an autobiography. This book will be that, and more. It includes snippets of my life, but also scientific research and inspirational stories about how gratitude can truly give you your own Happily Ever After."
Sutter famously competed on the very first season of The Bachelor, finishing as the runner-up. She later found love with firefighter Ryan Sutter when she was brought back for The Bachlorette in 2003.
