Nicole Richie has split up with her fiance Adam Goldstein for the second time in six months.
The pair initially called off their engagement in December of last year, but they had reunited during the past few months. Earlier this week Richie's father, Lionel Richie, had been talking about the couple's wedding plans.
According to IMDb.com he said: "I'm really happy that it's working out for her."
However the couple have now released a joint statement via Richie's publicist saying: "We are confirming that we have amicably separated."
