Take a deep breath Steps fans, because the pop band are about to make a big return.
Boasting bangers such as 'Deeper Shade of Blue' and 'Better the Devil You Know', the band reunited back in 2011 but it's been three years since their last release Tears on the Dancefloor.
Appearing on an episode of Pointless Celebrities today (May 9), singer Claire Richards teased a new album.

Competing on the quiz show alongside her husband Reece, Claire was asked by host Alexander Armstrong about the rumours circulating.
"Yeah, we are working on more new stuff — I really apologise now," she joked. "We're working on a new album and hopefully next year everything will be happening again."

As for when Steps' fanbase will be able to pre-order the album, Claire added: "There'll be an announcement at some point."
Whether or not Steps' plans will be delayed by the coronavirus pandemic remains to be seen — though it's still a thrilling prospect, so sit tight folks.
In February last year, bandmate Faye Tozer teased plans to make new music, telling Digital Spy: "We're going back in the studio!
"We are pencilling in spring time to start, so it's very exciting. I can't give you any more information than that, but it's really nice because the ball is rolling for the next chapter."
