You can let Cupid out of that headlock now because Love Island winners Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham are firmly back on track, after he shut down break up rumours in the best way.
The couple, who met in the villa this summer, shocked fans with news of their break-up when she shared an Instagram Story last week (December 6) announcing their split after six months together.
She wrote: "Jack and I have sadly decided to part ways. It's been an incredible six months, and we will always have a place in our hearts for each other, but we've sadly come to the realisation that it's not meant to be long term. We both plan to stay friends. I hope you'll all understand. Love Dani x."
And while her actor father Danny Dyer explained that it was a false announcement and actually they are still together, Jack has stayed relatively quiet about the whole thing.
Until now, that is, with the Islander taking to Instagram Stories to respond to split claims – by ignoring them completely and instead sharing two videos of Dani hanging out in their flat. That's one brilliant way to rise above the drama.
In the first Story, he jokingly berates Dani for buying a white elf on a shelf to sit in front of their television. "Thanks so much for bringing that home Dan," he says, while Dani can be heard giggling in the background. "Honestly, I'm so glad you brought that home, man. I was gonna get one of them. Yes, he's quality."

In the second story, he asks Dani: "How's the dinner I made you?"
"Lovely," she replies. "I won't be getting Tesco chicken again, let me tell you."
Who says romance is dead?
The day before (December 10), Dani also spoke out for the first time since announcing their 'split', replying to a fan to explain that she had jumped the gun when she said they'd broken up, following an argument.
Talking about the reason behind the split statement, Dani explained that the couple are still together after a rocky week. She wrote: "I'm just a normal nutty girl who can be a bit crazy and irrational but what girl isn't! People need to understand I'm still learning. I'm not living my life to please people."
