A representative for Micky Rourke has denied rumours that the actor has fallen out with Iron Man 2 co-star Gwyneth Paltrow.
The actor recently described one of his work colleagues as "a pain in the ass" on set, leading to speculation that he was criticising Paltrow.
He told MovieHole: "I worked with an actress recently who, despite having a reputation as a good actress, s**ts herself when that little red light comes on.
"She's fooled everyone into thinking she's a lot better than she is. Working with someone like that is a pain in the ass."
Rourke was also reported to have also criticised Paltrow on Twitter.
However, a spokesperson for the star has now dismissed both stories, telling GossipCop: "[Rourke] does not have a Twitter account (and he) holds Gwyneth in the highest regard."
