Bret Michaels is still in hospital, according to People.
The former Poison frontman and reality star underwent an emergency appendectomy on Monday.
Michaels's representative confirmed that he experienced a fever overnight, which doctors claimed could be a sign of an infection.
He was rushed to a hospital in San Antonio, Texas on Monday morning complaining of excruciating stomach pains. A CT scan further revealed that his appendix was close to bursting.
The 47-year-old is currently on the nationwide Roses and Thorns tour.
