The twin festivals have also unveiled a host of new names including HAIM, Migos, Blossoms, Giggs and You Me at Six, as well as revealing the day-by-day breakdown too.
Kasabian will top the Friday at Reading and Saturday at Leeds, and will be joined by the likes of Bastille, Two Door Cinema Club and Fatboy Slim.
Saturday at Reading will be headlined by Eminem, who will close proceedings at Leeds on Sunday alongside Major Lazer, Korn and Flume, while Muse will close the weekend at Reading and will head the bill at Leeds on the Friday with the likes of HAIM, Blossoms and Giggs.
It will be the third time the US rapper has headlined the festival, having last played back in 2013, while Kasabian and Muse topped the lineup back in 2012 and 2011 respectively, so it's safe to say it's familiar ground.
Eminem has been rather quiet on the music front of late, though he recently contributed a verse to Big Sean's song 'No Favours' aimed at Donald Trump.
In his bit, he raps: "I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando. Your man don't want it, Trump's a bitch! I'll make his whole brand go under!"
Reading & Leeds 2017 takes place from August 25 to 27. Weekend tickets cost £205 with a booking fee, and are on sale now.
