Florence + the Machine have joined the line-up for Radio 1's Big Weekend.
Nick Grimshaw announced this morning (February 13) that the group will make their first UK festival appearance of 2015 at the Norwich event.
"It's really exciting. I love festivals and I love playing them," said Florence Welch. "It's really nice to play outdoors and see the sky... I like performing when it's raining."
The performance marks Florence + the Machine's third appearance at Big Weekend, following their sets in Bangor and Hackney.
Yesterday, the group revealed their new single 'What Kind of Man', the first cut from their forthcoming album.
Radio 1's Big Weekend will take place in Norwich on May 23-24. Taylor Swift is also scheduled to perform at the event.
