Beyoncé and Pharrell Williams have topped the Australian ARIA singles and albums charts.

Williams tops the singles tally with his global hit 'Happy', while previous leader Jason Derulo slips to two with 'Trumpets'.


Meanwhile, the remainder of the top ten is unchanged, with Pitbull and Ke$ha's 'Timber' at six, Avicii's 'Hey Brother' at eight and Rudimental and Emeli Sandé's 'Free' at ten.

Further down the chart, Ed Sheeran vaults from 27 to 15 with 'I See Fire', Lorde holds at 20 with 'Team', and London Grammar move from 28 to 22 with 'Strong'.

Imagine Dragons shift from 36 to 29 with 'On Top of the World', Beyoncé enters the top 40 at 35 with 'XO', and Tiesto debuts just outside at 44 with 'Red Lights'.


On the album chart, Beyoncé's self-titled LP wins her first Australian number one album, while Lorde's Pure Heroine rebounds from nine to three.
