Katy Perry and Lady Gaga have become involved in Kesha's legal battle with Dr Luke due to a text message.
The 'Tik Tok' singer dropped her sexual assault lawsuit against the producer in August in California, though is still proceeding with her suit in New York.
However, according to the Daily Mail, fresh evidence has emerged, with new documents claiming that a text message from Kesha to Lady Gaga was seen and sealed by a judge.
The exchange reportedly took place in April 2016, and Luke is able to share it with both Gaga and Katy Perry.
"Gottwald may share with Lady Gaga and Katy Perry the April 2016 text that Kesha sent to Lady Gaga, which Kesha turned over in discovery," the documents state.
However, the website reports that the contents of the text messages remain confidential, and both parties can decide whether they will be used in court.

Kesha has been embroiled in a two-year legal battle with the producer to free her from her contract with his Kemosabe Records.
The singer dropped the abuse allegations, which Luke has strenuously denied, though scored a victory when a judge recently ruled to keep medical records private.
Gaga has shown support for Kesha throughout the ordeal, saying in an interview in March: "I feel like she's being very publicly shamed for something that happens in the music industry all the time, to women and men.
"I just want to stand by her side because I can't watch another woman that went through what I've been through suffer."
Perry has not yet commented publicly on the ongoing battle.
