Fans around the world obviously want to listen to Prince's 40-year catalogue of music right now as they grieve his death – but finding his biggest hits on streaming services can be a challenge.
Prince has always had a complex reaction to digital music – having famously deleted most of his material off of YouTube, SoundCloud and non-TIDAL streaming sites – so here's a handy guide for where you can find his songs online:
STREAMING:
His back catalogue is most complete on TIDAL – where you can stream audio and video of classics like 'When Doves Cry' through to the more topical 'Baltimore' for no additional cost if you have a subscription.
Spotify only has one non-soundtrack Prince song, the 2015 track 'Stare'. You can listen to it by clicking here.
Apple Music has streaming rights for HITNRUN Phase Two – one-half of last year's ambitious double album – as well as the one-off track 'This Could Be Us'.
Hoopla lets you borrow certain tracks – although the only trouble is you'll need a valid library card to sign up.

TV
MTV has suspended all programming today to exclusively show Prince's groundbreaking music videos and live performances. It's a rare opportunity to actually see MTV playing music videos - and no-one's more worthy than Prince.
