Adele apologised to fans at her Glasgow show Friday (March 25) after someone in the crowd was injured.

One fan was hospitalised when a chain from the stage crew fell on them while the 'Hello' singer was performing at the SSE Hydro.

Following the show, Adele tweeted: "I'm so sorry to hear that someone got hurt at my show tonight.

"It's being investigated to ensure it won't happen again."

"We are liaising with the production crew to ascertain what happened. This is all we know at this stage."
