When an artist accuses another artist or producer of plagiarism, it's normally because the music sounds too alike, but in this case it seems Badu has a problem with the video.
In the 'Back To Yesterday' video, the band are seen in a record store picking up records referenced in their lyrics and featuring themselves on the cover art.
This looks suspiciously similar to Badu's 'Honey' in which someone is browsing records and every record they pick features the singer also on iconic covers.
