Over the weekend, both the 10-track standard edition and 15-track deluxe edition of the albums were made available to pre-order ahead of their September 11 release date.
Lewis has now premiered a three-minute teaser which previews new songs including the title track 'Thunder', 'Power' and 'Ladders'.
The snippets are set against footage of the singer working in the studio, being interviewed, and at her album photoshoot.
The video does not include previews of new uptempo tracks 'Another Love Song' and 'I Got You', which she performed at G-A-Y earlier this month.
Lewis, who has signed to Def Jam in the US, has collaborated with songwriter Toby Gad on the majority of the album, with Oscar-nominated songwriter Diane Warren also featuring on the credits.
Over the weekend, she performed the album's lead single 'Fire Under My Feet' on BBC One's The John Bishop Show.
