Sir Paul McCartney has been named the country's wealthiest musician by the Sunday Times Rich List.
The former Beatle topped the list of music millionaires in Britain and Ireland along with wife Nancy Shevell, with whom his £680 million wealth is shared.
McCartney is no stranger to this position, having topped the chart measuring the country's richest musicians since the birth of the Sunday Times Rich List in 1989.
The 25th anniversary list, which is to be published on April 21, also includes composer Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber close behind in second place, with a total wealth of £620 million, while rockers U2 sit at number three with £520 million.
Some surprise entries to the list include Lord of the Dance Michael Flatley at number seven with a whopping £191m, pipping the more predictable entry of Keith Richards at number 8 with £185m.
Also among the top 10 are Sir Elton John (£240m), David and Victoria Beckham (£200m) and Richards's Rolling Stones bandmate Sir Mick Jagger (£200).
