Great news, Spidey fans!  Spider-Man: Homecoming will definitely have the feel of a bona fide MCU film, with Marvel being given the lead by Sony to make the "creative decisions" on Peter Parker's solo film.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige revealed that his team will be in charge of the 2017 movie starring Tom Holland.

"Well, I've known all those people [at Sony] for a very long time," he told  HeyUGuys. "Amy Pascal, Tom Rothman, who runs Sony now, I've known for years. So, it's been great.

"They really are supportive in allowing us to make the creative decisions to make that movie, but they've been great partners. So far so good on that movie."
