Doctor Who’s David Tennant has returned to Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall today to host the biggest night in film, the 2025 EE British Academy Film Awards.
Wicked co-stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, who are nominated for Best Actress and Supporting Actress respectively, graced the red carpet at the London event. Fellow BAFTA nominees Zoe Saldana and Selena Gomez, who are also in the mix for Supporting Actress for their roles in musical crime thriller Emilia Perez, also posed for photographers before heading into the venue for the prestigious award ceremony. Their Spanish language film, which is currently available to watch on Netflix, has an impressive 11 nominations, only one behind political thriller Conclave, starring Ralph Fiennes and Isabella Rossellini. Meanwhile actors Saoirse Ronan, Timothee Chalamet and Anna Kendrick were also in attendance at the star-studded event.
