We still really don't the identity of Mads Mikkelsen's character in Doctor Strange, but we do have one new piece of information about the movie's antagonist - he might not be as villainous as we assumed.

The Hannibal actor has revealed that his role in Marvel's next movie will be much more nuanced than your average supervillain.

"He's not a villain in that way - he's a man who believes in something else than the hero," he told Yahoo! Movies.

"That doesn't mean that he doesn't want to make the planet look wonderful or he wants to save the world as well, but he has a different way of doing it.

"He is the antagonist, of course, but he's not necessarily wrong."
