At long last (well, it was 1961 when Audrey Hepburn starred in the movie), eating breakfast at Tiffany's is a reality. We'll give you a moment to process that one...
The fancy jewellery retailer on Manhattan's Fifth Avenue – which is its flagship store – opened an actual café on Friday, and fans of the film are (rightly) losing their minds.
While Audrey's character was relegated to chomping on a croissant and staring longingly into the window display, shoppers will actually be able to go and eat brekkie there – and why on earth has this taken 56 years?
The luxury brunch spot overlooks Central Park from the fourth floor of the building, so will serve stunning views alongside its 'American' menu.
Named the Blue Box Café because it has been decorated in Tiffany & Co's classic egg blue colour scheme, the menu has already been reviewed by Eater. Breakfast will cost $29 (£22) and consist of two courses (hell yeah!) including fruit and a pastry. Diners will also get to choose from fancy pants brekkies like truffle eggs and avocado toast.
The café will additionally serve a $39 (£30) two-course lunch involving options like a chicken BLT sandwich, a "Fifth Avenue Salad" containing avo and lobster, and mushroom soup. And you can even buy a cake shaped like a Tiffany box.
