Pirates of the Caribbean 5 has been criticised by PETA after actress Kaya Scodelario said she found a monkey which vomited on set "hilarious".
Salazar's Revenge (or Dead Men Tell No Tales, depending on where you live) used a real monkey for some of the scenes in the blockbuster movie, but the animal appeared to be ill.
"The most memorable cast member was the monkey, because he threw up all the time," Scodelario said (via The Sun).

"He had a very tiny stomach, and when we were filming on the boat, he would just projectile vomit in the middle of scenes, which I found hilarious."
But animal rights organisation PETA was less than impressed, particularly as it had previously warned the movie against using live animals during filming.

"We're calling on the Pirates of the Caribbean to stick to the talented human actors and impressive digital effects it's already known for and leave the animals out of human entertainment," PETA said in February 2015.
In a fresh statement, it said: "Early on, PETA called on the film's producers to use computer-generated imagery instead of intelligent and highly social capuchins, whose complex physical and psychological needs cannot be met on any film set or in a training compound.
"Hollywood must learn the lesson that there's simply no safe or humane way to force a wild animal to perform in a movie."
The fifth Pirates of the Caribbean movie also stars Johnny Depp, Javier Bardem, Brenton Thwaites, Kevin McNally and Geoffrey Rush.
Will there be a sixth film? Possibly, but according to producer Jerry Bruckheimer, the franchise won't continue without Depp.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar's Revenge is in cinemas now.
