Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson advised his Baywatch co-stars to use "butt glue" for getting their costumes on... we've been swearing by it for years.
(We haven't.)
We're guessing Dwayne knows all about this "butt glue" thanks to his WWE days, but what exactly is it?
Speaking on the TODAY show yesterday (May 23), Baywatch stars Kelly Rohrbach, Ilfenesh Hadera and Jon Bass shed some light...
Rohrbach explained: "[Dwayne] actually taught me about butt glue. We were all struggling with our suits!"
Hadera added: "I always heard hairspray. But if Dwayne says butt glue, I'm going with butt glue!"

Bass chimed in: "We had to do a photo shoot, and we all had to be shirtless. Dwayne, all of a sudden, I see him in the corner putting all this oil on, and I'm like, 'What's going on over there buddy?' And he was like, 'You want some of my oil?'
"I lathered myself completely up and I was like, 'What do I do? How do I pose for the picture?' He just looked at me really confidently and said, 'Own it brother!'"
After doing a spot of research, it seems 'arse adhesive' is a product commonly used by dancers and gymnasts that you smear over your flesh in order to stick a costume in place – in this case, Baywatch-style swimwear.
Before we knew all about 'anal gum', we managed to watch The Rock's Baywatch reboot – find out exactly what we thought of it in our review.
