Captain America: Civil War's Anthony Mackie is definitely NOT a fan of his co-star Robert Downey Jr's Iron Man 3.
During the most recent episode of The Nerdist, the Falcon actor took a shot at another Marvel movie while praising his own Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
"When we did Winter Soldier, I knew it was something special," he recalled. "I had seen all of the movies… I'll be the first person to say Iron Man 1 was much better than Iron Man 3.
"I'll be the first person to say that… Iron Man 3 was bad! Iron Man 1 was a really good movie and it kind of jumped up on a pedestal."
However, he's not too keen on how Marvel Studios and DC Entertainment have explored its origin stories so far: "I feel like Ant-Man is the only one that's been able to establish an origin story on its own and it works.
"All the other ones, there's so much exposition that it's boring! If I see how Batman's daddy died one more time, I'm going to shoot myself in the face!"

Mackie seemed much more positive about the road ahead with the two-part Avengers: Infinity War (soon to be getting a title change, apparently).
"With the Infinity War, I think what Marvel has planned is going to change the scope of what superhero movies can be," he said.
"I'm really excited for people to see it! Civil War is kind of the kick-off to the next Phase of Marvel, the next reality that we're in. What's really cool is that people are buying into it!
"It's great to see the addition of new characters and people accepting them as well as they accepted the older characters."
We already know that Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth and Chris Pratt are in for Infinity War, with many more Marvel heroes expected to join the all-star superhero lineup too.
The Avengers: Infinity War movies are set to open on May 4, 2018 and May 3, 2019.
