It's not even released for another three months, but a sequel to The Legend of Tarzan is already in the early works, confirmed director David Yates today.
During a special screening of 20 minutes of footage from the upcoming action film about the original King of the jungle, Yates was joined by the film's stars Alexander Skarsgard and Margot Robbie - who were only too happy to spill set secrets.
"We have an outline for another Tarzan," confirmed Yates, who was also a director on the Harry Potter series.
He added: "At its core, it's a romantic film. Tarzan and Jane's relationship is really explored and you learn how much they love and need each other.
"I've not seen that for a while on this scale. I thought that was very beautiful as an idea."
Robbie was also pretty vocal about her love of her character Jane, saying she's more like the real Margot than any other character she's ever played.

"She's kind of bossy, maybe a bit fiery and defiant," laughed the star, who'll also be seen playing Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad in August.
"How Jane reacts is how I'd react. She's fiercely independent but she and Tarzan are both strong in their own way, that's what attracted me to this.
"Also, I hit more people than Tarzan does. Which was kinda fun."
The couple are so close in the film that it required some serious bonding between the two stars before filming kicked off. Not that hanging around with Margot Robbie would be too difficult, as Skarsgard was quick to point out.
"Establishing that relationship wasn't going to be a problem," he said. "I mean, she's so cool we just got on within three seconds of meeting each other."
"And he made me spaghetti bolognese so instantly got in my good books," added Robbie.

The Legend of Tarzan is an action-packed adventure story not only about Tarzan's origin, but also exploring his life a decade after he leaves the jungle.
Now no longer Tarzan but John Clayton III, he leads a civilised life in London, fully-clothed and drinking tea with the Prime Minister, his beloved wife Jane at his side.
He is then invited back to the Congo to work for Parliament, unaware that he is a pawn in a deadly convergence of greed and revenge masterminded by a corrupt Belgian, Captain Leon Rom - played expertly by Christoph Waltz.
The Legend of Tarzan is released on July 8. Suicide Squad follows on August 5.
