If the summer sunshine is beginning to become unbearable and you've run out of excuses to sneak back inside to the cool, then fear no more as we have five cinema treats for July up our sleeves. You wouldn't want to miss out on these hot releases, including Terminator Genisys, Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation, Ant-Man and Amy. The choice is yours - sunburn or cinema?
Digital Spy rounds up the 5 films you have to watch this July below...
1. Terminator Genisys
Release Date: July 2
Why you should see it: He always did promise he'd be back, and Arnie has stayed true to his word. The Terminator series has returned with a fresh offering of action-packed stunts, time travel and, of course, good old Arnie kicking ass.
It's 2029 and in a bid to stay one-step ahead of the machines (a task easier said than done), the human resistance sends back a volunteer, Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney), to 1984 to protect Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke) from an imminent assassination. With both machines and Reese travelling back, the timeline has become disrupted - and what Reese finds, nobody could have prepared him for. Has Arnie still got what it takes to save the world?
2. Amy
What to Read Next
Release Date: July 3
Why you should see it: The much-anticipated documentary promises to show the life of one of the UK's most beloved musicians, Amy Winehouse, up to her untimely death.
The film claims to reveal 'the girl behind the name', and early reviews have noted the emotional rollercoaster viewers ride when watching - so make sure to have tissues on hand...
3. Ant-Man
Release Date: July 17
Why you should see it: Why wouldn't you want to see it? Even if you're not completely sold on the idea of having an ant-sized superhero, you can't deny that you're definitely intrigued by how Marvel will pull off its latest blockbuster.
It concerns Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), aka Ant-Man, as he aids his mentor on a mission to keep the origins of the Ant-Man technology under wraps. Of course this is a Marvel film, meaning a certain someone (did we mention Corey Stoll's Yellowjacket?) won't sit by and let the hero and his friends succeed without a decent fight. You may think twice before stomping an ant again.
4. Inside Out
Release Date: July 24
Why you should see it: You wouldn't want to miss out on Pixar's newest fun-filled adventure, would you? The film follows the conscious mind of little girl Riley as she adapts to a new life after moving house.
Sounds pretty simple, until you're introduced to Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust - all of which are colourful personified emotions who determine from the inside how Riley expresses herself on the outside. Now you understand the very apt title.
5. Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation
Release Date: July 30
Why you should see it: Another mission needs urgent action as the Mission: Impossible franchise is back with the latest instalment, Rogue Nation. This means only one thing: Tom Cruise doing more death-defying stunts than ever!
Here, Hunt battles against his next new foe, a mysterious assassin-led organisation called the Syndicate. With plenty of extravagant set-pieces - including Hunt holding on for dear life on the side of a plane taking flight, and car and motorcycle chases - it definitely doesn't skimp on adrenaline-packed action.
