Danny Dyer's new British comedy Marching Powder has confirmed a UK release date after releasing its hilarious first trailer last month.

The new movie reunites Dyer with director Nick Love, who he worked with on the likes of The Football Factory and The Business.

Distributor True Brit has now confirmed that Marching Powder will arrive in UK and Irish cinemas on March 7, 2025.

Marching Powder stars Dyer as Jack, a drug-loving football hooligan who is arrested and given just six weeks to turn his life around or face a long spell in prison.

"Marching Powder is class. We're back in the world of The Football Factory with more violence, more drugs and lots of f**king comedy. You're going to love it."

Dyer plays electronics millionaire Freddie Jones, a role he called "a real step out of my comfort zone" while speaking to Digital Spy.

"I really enjoyed Freddie. I just think I've never looked so different as well. I think it was important I just changed me look," he said.

"Running around with a moustache – I grew to love this 'tache and so did my children and they were gutted when I got rid of it. My own 'tache, all me. Proud of that 'tache, to be fair. It was a real lovely opportunity for me."
