Venom: The Last Dance is heading into its second weekend of release after taking $180 million worldwide in its first weekend.
Before its release, it was confirmed that this is the final Venom movie. However, the filmmakers have also been open to the fact that this is just the start of Knull's story in Sony's Spider-Man universe.
Tom Hardy has also been open to saying he would play Venom again, so this might not be the definitive ending we expected.

We can confirm that Venom: The Last Dance has two credit scenes, one that comes mid-credits and one at the very end.

While this has been confirmed to be the final Venom movie, both scenes are teasers for potential future storylines in the wider Spider-Man universe – whether that's in a Venom movie or not.

Venom 3 post-credit scenes explained
The first credit scene catches up with Knull, who is still trapped on Klyntar after his Xenophages didn't manage to free him. However, he's not losing hope.
"Your champion has fallen," Knull ominously starts, referring to Venom's sacrifice at the end of the movie, destroying the codex that would have been the key to free Knull. "The King in Black is awake… Everyone will burn and you will watch."
Venom 3 is planned to just be the start of Knull in Sony's Spider-Man universe, so we'll now just have to wait and see where he pops up again in a future movie.
"That's a very, very big character from the canon, and one we always knew that we wanted to introduce," director Kelly Marcel told Den of Geek of the Knull credit scene.
"But as you've seen, it's just a little introduction to Knull. It's just a little taster. And I know that there are plans for future Knull movies because there have to be. He just can't be in this and then be done."
The post-credit scene cuts back to Area 51 which is now in total rubble after the huge climactic battle.
Cristo Fernández's barman stumbles out of a nearby cave, having been captured by General Strickland earlier in the movie. He was clearly lucky to avoid the symbiote chaos of the final battle and stumbles away with a long walk ahead of him.
The camera then pans to a broken vial that would have contained one of the multiple symbiote samples that were held in the secret lab. A cockroach crawls into it and it appears that something was left over and has now latched onto the insect.
We wouldn't blame you for hoping it was the piece of Venom symbiote that Strickland took from the bar earlier.
That could be wishful thinking, though, as there's a sparkle of purple electricity in the vial which hints that it might be something of the Agony symbiote left over from when Dr Teddy Paine broke that vial.
We've never seen Venom sparkle, even in symbiote form. Apart from his personality, of course.
It could just be a nod to the fact that symbiotes are now out in the world following the events of Venom 3. But we'll hold out hope that it's a tiny bit of Venom left behind that is now on a cockroach heading to Eddie.
After all, as Venom tells Eddie before his sacrifice: "It's just bye for now."
