Joker: Folie à Deux is heading into its second weekend facing an unexpected battle with Terrifier 3 to retain top spot at the box office.
After grossing only $37 million at the US box office in its opening weekend, Joker 2 needs international box office to continue saving it. Thanks to a better showing overseas, it has crossed $120 million worldwide.
But if you're heading to the cinema this weekend to check out the sequel, you'll still be wondering whether Joker 2 has any credit scenes to stick around for, especially after its shocking ending.
So here's your definitive spoiler-free guide to whether Joker 2 has anything after the credits to watch.
Does Joker 2 have a post-credit scene?
We can confirm that Joker 2 doesn't have any credit scenes to stick around for, so you can leave as soon as the credits start to roll if you want to.
The MCU and the DC Universe set up a tradition of including multiple post-credit scenes in their superhero movies (although they have become harder to trust), so that's something fans now expect every time.

However, Joker: Folie à Deux is a very different kind of beast, and it doesn't necessarily follow the franchise's rules. The first movie didn't include a post-credit scene either.
Even with no credit scenes, the sequel is longer than the first movie. The movie clocks in at just over 2 hours and 17 minutes, which is 15 minutes more compared to Joker's runtime of just over two hours.
Todd Phillips has already ruled out a third movie or even a solo movie for Lady Gaga's Harley Quinn.
With the soft box office opening, it appears this will be our final trip to this particular DC universe, so it's perhaps a good thing that Joker 2 doesn't set anything up for a third movie that will never happen.
Joker: Folie à Deux is out now in cinemas.
