Arnold Schwarzenegger has landed a new role in a new Christmas movie, almost 30 years on from Jingle All the Way.
Deadline reports that Arnie will star alongside fellow huge human being Alan Ritchson in The Man with the Bag, a holiday comedy directed by Hairspray and Disenchanted's Adam Shankman and aiming to film this year.
"When Santa's magic bag is stolen, he turns to his naughty list to find Vance, a former thief, to help him get it back," reads the synopsis. "Along with his daughter, Santa, and a group of misfit elves, Vance will have to pull off the greatest heist of his life to save Christmas."

As mentioned above, Schwarzenegger hasn't appeared in a Christmas film since 1996, and he hasn't acted in a film since 2019's Terminator: Dark Fate. He did shoot the film Kung Fury 2 that year, but it has remained unreleased due to legal issues.
In terms of television, he was the subject of a three-part Netflix documentary series last year, and he also acted in the series FUBAR, his first TV acting project.
