Transformers: Age of Extinction and Captain America: The Winter Soldier have been confirmed for trailer spots during Super Bowl XLVIII on February 2.
Trailers for Need for Speed and the second Amazing Spider-Man film are also confirmed to air, as well as a Toyota tie-in advert for Muppets Most Wanted.
The sporting final is usually the highest-viewed television event of the year, with Fox charging over $4 million for a 30-second advertising slot.
Last year the Super Bowl attracted 108.7m viewers, and this year's game between the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks is expected to set a new viewership record.
The broadcaster announced in December that it had sold all of its in-game advertising slots.
Beyoncé's performance and a blackout at the stadium during the 2013 Super Bowl also helped set a new Twitter record, with 24.1m tweets posted during the game.
