Argylle's Bryce Dallas Howard has praised her latest movie's action sequences.
Directed by Matthew Vaughn (Kingsman), Argylle is an espionage blockbuster that follows the unexpected exploits of reclusive author Elly (Howard), whose tales of globetrotting secret agents start to bleed into her own life.
This, of course, paves the way for some huge set pieces, as Howard told Digital Spy in an exclusive interview.

"[Vaughn] works so closely with Brad Allan, who's one of the greatest action directors of all-time, and he had choreographed all these incredible sequences," she began.
"So what was amazing was just getting to get exposed to all the things that they were planning. Brad, very sadly, passed away, but Matthew made sure to do right by him and I think it's part of the reason why the action set pieces are all the more spectacular."

Her co-star Sam Rockwell, who plays undercover spy Aidan on screen, went on to admit that he initially "didn't quite understand" the movie's dancing brawl scene until he saw the finished product.
As for Ritter and Wyatt actors Bryan Cranston and John Cena, Argylle was their first experience of working on a Vaughn movie.
"You hear Matthew Vaughn is doing a new movie and I'm already leaning in," the former told DS. "He called and asked me to be a part of it, and I read the script and enjoyed the role and I also really enjoyed the story.
"I think it's very compelling, fun, adventurous, it's funny, laugh-out-loud, so it really has everything and the audacity that is the trademark of Matthew Vaughn when it comes to his shooting style."

Cena, a huge Kingsman fan, revealed: "When the opportunity came up to be a part of Argylle, I might have chased Matthew down, but he gave me a shot and I was very grateful for that."
Argylle hits UK cinemas tomorrow (February 1) and US cinemas the day after. It will stream later globally on Apple TV+.
