Priscilla star Cailee Spaeny has praised Jacob Elordi's performance as Elvis in the biopic.
Spaeny has received huge acclaim for her portrayal of Priscilla Presley in the drama that examines Priscilla's marriage to Elvis Presley – and the troubling implications behind their relationship, given their age difference.
Her on-screen partner for the project is Australian actor Jacob Elordi, who is well known for playing Noah Flynn in The Kissing Booth movies and abusive football star Nate in Euphoria.

"He really took that [playing Elvis] on, and he wanted to show the human side of him, the complicated side of him," she told us. "And to be able to work with him – he takes his work very seriously. He is a real actor, he is not in it for anything else other than the performance. I don’t think I've ever met anyone who loves films more.
"So to have someone like that, which you don’t meet everyday, and usually at my age, actors in their twenties don’t have this kind of wealth of knowledge in terms of cinema. And he does, deeply. He cares so much, and he was so supportive of me and my performance. He was a great person to bounce off of. A lot of this movie is Priscilla reacting to Elvis."
While the movie is framed around Priscilla's version of events, Spaeny pointed out that her co-star had more dialogue.
"I think he had more dialogue than me in this movie, so much was me having to give looks and reactions to what he was doing, and he was there every step of the way. I always had him to bounce off of and lean on. I couldn’t have asked for a better collaborator," she said.
"I just think he is the most amazing young actor and someone to really watch out for. I can’t wait to see what he does next."
Priscilla will arrive in UK cinemas on January 1, 2024, with special 35MM previews now playing in select cinemas.
