The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes has finally confirmed its first streaming release.
The movie, which takes place 64 years before the first Hunger Games movie, was released in cinemas in November 2023 and took more than $330 million worldwide.
It's been available to watch on digital platforms for a few months in the UK and US, and now we have the first streaming release date for The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes in the US.

Is The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes available to stream?
Unfortunately, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes isn't available to stream yet, but Lionsgate has now confirmed its first streaming release.
The new movie will be available to watch on STARZ in the US from Tuesday, May 14. It will also premiere on the STARZ channel at 9pm ET.
After its STARZ run, The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes will also arrive on Peacock at a later date as part of Lionsgate's ongoing deal with Universal.
In the UK, it's likely that the movie will arrive first on Prime Video when it's time for its streaming debut as Prime Video is the home of STARZ in the UK.

We don't yet have a confirmed streaming release date in the UK though, but hopefully it'll be around the same time as the US streaming release.
